Singapore Brand OfficeThe idyllic reputation Singapore has can be chalked up to an intentional national branding, an intention that extends even into the country’s national education. As a result, many local youths feel detached from an ‘authentic’ Singaporean identity as they struggle to connect to experiences beneath this sanitised surface image.

“Eh! Got hear before?” is a TikTok short-video series that uncovers the niche history of Singapore, storytelling with local slang and humour to encourage youths to be more curious about the country they reside in.
